As a nurse practitioner, my main priority is to provide quality care that focuses on the individual. I offer an emphasis on health promotion that is individualized and tailored to your needs. I am trained to assess patient needs, order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests, diagnose disease, prescribe treatment plans and medication.

Your Provider
Brandylynn has a comprised 24+ years of medical experience. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with high honors from Walden University in 2018 with a Nurse Practitioner degree. She then became board certified in Family Practice. She worked as a family nurse practitioner with a large local practice and gained experience in all aspects of family healthcare. In addition to her time as a nurse practitioner, Brandylynn was a registered nurse serving the community in many facets through emergency services, geriatric care and management, pediatric school nursing, and she was an adjunct professor at Quinebaug Valley Community College teaching C.N.A. courses. She loves education and enjoys sharing her knowledge with the patient population. She believes in developing a care system that assists you in being able to provide for yourself.

Cassandra Crosby
Office Manager / Receptionist Cassie is our enthusiastic office manager and medical receptionist. She has worked both clinical and clerical sides of the medical office for many years, bringing experience to primary care of all ages. She is very knowledgeable with insurances and making sure patients understand their rights and responsibilities when it comes to their medical care.
Cassie has lived in Brooklyn, CT for 25 years and has come to know, love, and understand the community and its needs. She works hard to ensure that every patient feels comfortable and pleased with their visit. Her attitude and friendly personality are a welcoming feature to our practice.
Brooke Rankovic
Medical Assistant
Brooke grew up in the Brooklyn area and attended QVCC for Medical assisting. She holds 10 years of experience in the medical field. Brooke’s passion is to try hard to make sure her patients have a positive experience and receive the best care she can provide. When she is not working she is spending time with her husband and their 3 children. She enjoys drawing and acrylic paintings. We welcome her bubbly & friendly personality!
Christopher Turner
Practice Manager / Medical Biller Christopher is our financial specialist and practice manager. He has a doctorate in business administration and works full time as a CFO for a highly successful manufacturing company. Christopher has taken on the role as medical biller and will provide patients with the insurance knowledge that he has attained through specialty certification programs. He is an asset to any business venture!
